Grandma's Famous Tomato Soup
This hearty soup has been passed down through generations of our family. Made with our farm-fresh tomatoes, it's the perfect comfort food for any season.
Ingredients
- 4 large ripe tomatoes from our farm
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Cut tomatoes in half and place on a baking sheet
- Roast tomatoes for 30 minutes until slightly charred
